Ketema Federal Credit Union processes all files (checks, automatic withdrawals and ATM withdrawals) first thing in the morning (around 8:00) but only after we have checked phone messages, the night drop box and the internet account access e-mail messages. If you need to make a deposit or a transfer, please call us, drop it in the night drop or send us a message via your internet account access e-mail. Automatic overdraft transfers are $3 and a bounced check is $35. You can also leave a message if you will be making a deposit later in the day. In this case, the fees will still apply, but we can delay sending the return, possibly saving you fees on the other end. If we do not know you are coming to make the deposit we have to return the check or automatic withdrawal but if you advise us that you will be making a deposit the same day we will hold the item. So let us know-leave us a message.  Another way your credit union takes good care of you!
